Koinonia ("Connie") is a program I developed over the years to ease the pain of creating the mandatory BBFI financial report. I decided to make it available to all BBFI missionaries as a gift from the Fultons (Ireland).

If you (or are commited to) faithfully use Quicken or MS Money to enter all of your work-related financial transactions (checks, cash, credit card, etc.), then Connie will automatically create your BBFI financial report for you in less than 3 minutes per month.

Connie is stable, and works well for those who use it. It will save you hours of manual work once you set it up on your system.

As a bonus, it also has a function which reads your emailed version of the monthly report you receive from the missions office. It extracts all contributions (including project offerings), and saves them in an MS Access database. It also updates pastor's name, church name and address in the database to match those on your report. After processing your report, you will have all the data you need to produce mail-merged prayer letters, including an automatically generated receipt on the bottom of each letter.
